Here is my new project what do you guys think? I just picked it up for $250. I got the campy rear der., but haven't had a chance to do any work to the bike. What year do you think this is? I was thinking early 70's. More pics to come.

Welcome to the site, and congratulations on your nice bike. The decals look like early 70's (or even 60's, but 70's bikes are much more common in the US). When I click on your pics, instead of getting bigger it asks me to upload. If you can post a pic of the seat cluster, the resident expert Chas will be able to tell you the age. Also does it have Campy sidepulls? If not, does it have a bridge for the rear brake hanger brazed to the frame? Again a better picture will let us see this.

You beat me to the punch. There may be a problem with the website software that gives the results that BKRacer got if you post small pictures.
I had the same thing happen when I posted some very small pictures.
